The staff was friendly and helpful . My room had good sound proofing from outside traffic. I appreciated the well stocked bar.
The room was heated to 25 degrees upon arrival and the air CONDITIONING was centrally controlled.

the metro was easily accessible from the location. the room was clean.
the lack of on-site parking was a significant issue. i had reserved parking, but upon arrival, i learned they overbooked. finding alternative parking late at night proved difficult, and i had to leave my car on the street.

The staff were always smiling and very helpful. the supermarket nearby was very convenient. i found the hotel opposite an amazing park. It had trails, a lake and boat rides.
The air conditioning did not work to what we set on the thermostat. i noticed the room was too small. It lacked space to put a suitcase. the room also lacked enough space to hang our clothes.

the location was acceptable, close to the metro.
the room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, i like making tea. the air conditioning didn't work properly, i found it difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. the shower also lacked shampoo and conditioner, i had only body wash.

I was disappointed the air conditioning did not work. The room became uncomfortably warm. I was told maintenance would address it the next day. This was not helpful for a sleepless night. The staff seemed unconcerned about the room temperature, the lack of immediate solution.
